Casuals:

Festives:
Orders will be dispatched within 7-10 Working days after you confirm your order with our sales advisor via phone, message, or DM.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification from us. Please note the following delivery timelines:

* International Deliveries: 10 business days

Exchange Eligibility:
Products purchased from Roosh can be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery, provided they meet these criteria:

* The product is in its original condition, not worn, washed, or altered.
* The exchange request is due to:
* Incorrect size
* Manufacturing defect

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer care team with your order number and the reason for exchange by messaging us at 0319-8403301. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, our team will inspect it and notify you of the outcome.

* Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
* While we ensure accurate color representation in our photos, slight variations may occur due to lighting or fabric dye differences. Restocked outfits may have fabric variations.
